More Bird Flu Articles...The ban is for the capital province Jakarta as well as West Java and Banten which are very highly populated areas where these people lived closely to the sick birds. The Jakarta government asked the Jakarta City Council as well as the provincial parliaments of West Java and Banten to endorse the ban through local legislation.
